I lost all the stars I paid for!!

I love playing this game! I even paid money I got to get stars, but my cousin deleted the game off my phone, and now that I have it back on, my character and ALL the stars I paid for are GONE. I had at LEAST 1000 stars that I had bought and I am not happy about this.
